Hi, I am Sriram. An urban professional who found his way to happiness after a close brush with death.
I was a cog in the wheel, working long hours and focused razor sharp on my professional goals. Tight deadlines, late night calls, working weekends, all-nighters to make that presentation were regular occurrences in my life. I lived for the next promotion, bigger house, better car. But there was always something missing.
It’s only when I saw death up close, I realized I’ve been missing out on life altogether. I asked myself the most important question—am I really happy?
That’s when my quest for happiness started. And after years of studying and practicing the art and science of happiness, I have distilled it down in my book Happiness Habits.
